How Locca works
You share what matters most to you, such as commute realities, day-to-day walkability, safety preferences, and lifestyle constraints. Locca combines those inputs with location-specific data and generates a structured report to help you compare tradeoffs faster.
Our goal is transparency over hype. We aim to show why a score exists and what it means for your routine.
Why we built this
Moving decisions are expensive, emotional, and often rushed. We built Locca to make this process less guesswork and more decision support. The product is designed to help renters, buyers, and relocating professionals reduce regret before signing.
Current coverage
Locca is currently in beta with active focus on San Francisco, California. We are iterating quickly and plan to expand city coverage over time.
