  • Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source logic.
  • Interfering with service integrity, security, or availability.
  • Using automated means to scrape or overload the platform.
  • Using Locca for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.

5. Beta status and availability

Locca is an evolving service and may include beta features. Coverage, functionality, and availability can change without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

6. AI and data-driven outputs

Locca provides informational outputs to support decision-making. Reports and scores are not guarantees and are not legal, financial, real-estate, or safety advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions and independent verification.

7. Intellectual property

Locca and its content, software, branding, and underlying materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or expose Locca to legal or security risk.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Locca is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Locca and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Locca from claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Locca after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
